WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
All our products are carefully packed to order in our studio. Processing might take up to 3 business days before your lovely package is on its way but usually, we ship items in 1-2 business days.
All of our packages are shipped from Europe with International Air Mail (with/or without a signature on delivery) and will be delivered to your door by your local post office.
Tracking
We offer tracking for all orders (except shipment to some countries).
Estimated delivery time
Our shipping estimates do not include the time used for Customs procedures on the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live. Some orders may experience customs delays if your country is not part of the EU because your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, we are not responsible for the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees.

- to US 2 weeks (UPS or USPS/FedEx).
- to Japan 2 weeks
- to Canada 2 weeks (UPS/FedEx)
- to EU 7-10 business days (UPS/FedEx)
- to Australia 3 weeks (UPS/FedEx)
- to Asian countries, delivery can be very different (Contact us for clarification).
If you do not receive anything, please, contact us only in 15 days after receipt of the notification about sending.
Returns
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is defective on arrival, return the package to us for replacement. Please note: You must contact us BEFORE you return the package. We will not accept packages w/o authorization. You need to send us proof photos or pictures of the damaged item by e-mail.
You must return the package with all contents and enclosures that shipped with the product. You must return it in the protective box or another similar shipping carton as used to ship originally. Incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days if you want to exchange the item. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept the return of custom products.
In case of unjustified cancellation of the order, a penalty equal to at least 15% of the order amount will be charged (this is due to the commission of payment systems).
